RETURN & REFUND

Customers may return products within 14 days of purchase or delivery, provided items are unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by a receipt. Returns do not apply to sale items, used/opened products, or special orders.

REFUNDS & DEFECTS

Refunds are issued once returned items are received and approved. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Defective products are assessed individually and may result in repair, replacement, discount, or refund, in accordance with consumer protection laws.

DELIVERY & SHIPPING

Orders received outside business hours are processed on the next business day. Delivery time is typically 1–5 business days but may be longer if an item is on order or in transit to the country. Free delivery is not available.
