PURCHASES AND INVOICE TERMS
Customers are offered two payment options when purchasing products:

Immediate payment by card.

Invoice billing subject to the terms below.
Payment terms for invoice billing are as follows:

Without membership benefits: 5-day payment period.

With “GÆÐI Plus” membership benefits: 15-day payment period.

With “GÆÐI Club” membership benefits: 30-day payment period.
The operator of Gæði.is, Di Dino Brothers, is responsible for issuing invoices. If an invoice is not paid by the due date, the operator reserves the right to suspend further invoice billing privileges for the customer. Unpaid claims may also be referred to Inkasso for collection in accordance with applicable laws and collection procedures.
SERVICE FEE
If the customer chooses the direct payment option and pays for products by card, an additional 5% service fee will be charged. This fee covers the additional costs associated with the payment service used by GÆÐI.is to simplify and facilitate the purchasing process for customers.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Customers may return products within 14 days from the date of purchase or delivery, provided that the product is unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase. The right of return does not apply to sale items, used or opened products, or special-order items.
REFUNDS AND DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS
Refunds are processed once the return conditions have been met and the product has been received and inspected by the seller. Shipping and delivery costs are non-refundable. If a product is found to be defective, it will be assessed individually and may result in repair, replacement, discount, or a full refund, as applicable. Consumer rights regarding defective products are governed by the Icelandic Consumer Purchases Act No. 48/2003.
DELIVERY AND SHIPPING
Orders received outside business hours are processed on the next business day. Estimated delivery time is generally 1-5 business days; however, delivery may take longer if the product is out of stock, specially ordered, or in transit to Iceland. Free home delivery is not offered unless otherwise specifically stated.
